Team Point System

All pupils from Nursery to Year 6 belong to one of our four colour teams, proudly named after the patron saints of the United Kingdom: St George (England), St Patrick (Ireland), St Andrew (Scotland) and St David (Wales).

Throughout the year, children earn team points for positive behaviour, excellent manners, extra effort and outstanding work. Our points system promotes a strong team spirit across the school, encouraging every child to contribute and work towards a shared goal.

Each week, team points are totalled and the results are announced over the school tannoy by our Year 6 Team Captains. Pupils who achieve more than 20 points in a week are celebrated as our “Stars of the Week” and receive a special Head Teacher’s Award in recognition of their achievement.

Our team spirit shines especially brightly during our annual Sports Day. Dressed in their team colours, pupils compete enthusiastically for additional points, awarded for overall team results on the day. It’s always a fantastic celebration of teamwork, determination and school pride!
